Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2025. PinAnnotator ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: email, name (from Google sign-in or registration), and authentication identifiers stored by Supabase.
• Usage data: search seeds (keywords or URLs you submit), export limits, saved crawl jobs, and timestamps.
• Payment data: if you upgrade to Pro, billing is handled by Paddle; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

How we use data

• Provide the keyword extraction service and save your job history.
• Enforce plan limits (guest, free, and Pro tiers).
• Process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Improve reliability and fix errors (including optional error monitoring when enabled).

Third parties

We use Supabase (auth and database), and optionally Paddle (payments) and Google (sign-in). Pinterest content is read from public pages to extract annotated keywords; we are not affiliated with Pinterest.

Retention & deletion

You may delete individual jobs from your dashboard or delete your entire account in Settings. Account deletion removes your profile and associated jobs from our database.
